Purchases and Ordering:
There is no fee to cancel or modify an order prior to order finalization.
An order is considered finalized after it has been shipped. After shipping of the order occurs, additional fees may be incurred by the buyer to modify or cancel an order. Please see cancellation and modification of an order for further details.
To the discretion of Scratchers.eCrater.com, orders may be modified to give the same or greater volume product at no additional cost to the buyer. Eg. If a 5mL polish was ordered, you may receive a 15mL at no additional cost.
Payment and PayPal:
All transactions are secured by PayPal. No personal information, other than necessary information for the completion of the transaction is kept by Scratchers.
All major credit cards are accepted through the PayPal interface.
Scratchers.eCrater.com participates in the PayPal buyer/seller protection program to ensure complete satisfaction of our customers.

Shipping:
1. Orders will be processed typically within 1 to 3 business day.
2. Shipping fees are stated on the items description page and are based on the items’ weight. If your country is not listed, please contact us at [email protected]
3. Shipping is provided by Canada Post or the United States Postal Service (USPS), unless otherwise stated.
4. Requests for alternative shipping providers may be arranged by contacting Scratchers at [email protected]
5. Rush orders are available, along with overnight delivery; once again, please contact [email protected] to arrange your order.
6. The buyer is responsible for all duties, fees, taxes or other miscellaneous expenses that may be present. All buyers are encouraged to contact their local authorities for details on any additional fees that may be present.
Cancelling an Order or Order Modification:
1. Cancellation or modification of an order can occur by contacting [email protected]
2. Once an order is placed, it can only be cancelled or modified prior to shipping.
3. There is no fee for cancelling an order or modifying an order prior to shipping.
4. If the order has already been shipped, please see refund and exchanges for further details.
5. Scratchers.eCrater.com has right to cancel any full or partial order and will provide a refund of the cancelled items
Refunds and Exchanges:
1. All orders with an item value over $25 can be refunded within 7 days of receiving the package. Please contact [email protected] prior to sending back your package.
2. For exchanges, the item(s) must be received first prior to the new item being sent out.
3. All returned items must not have been used and in resalable condition.
4. It is the sole discretion of the seller whether the item is returned in resalable condition and whether returned/exchanged items received will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
5. The buyer is responsible for return fees, levies, duties, or other miscellaneous expenses.
